DJ Slyce is a professional DJ/Music Programmer/Emcee and can rock the dance floor at ANY event by mixing up familiar favorites along with your special requests. Plus, he's never one to keep the microphone on all evening so you won't have to worry about him telling corny jokes or attempting to sing 'Sweet Caroline'!

Since 1999, Leonard Rodriquez, Jr. (DJ Slyce) has owned and operated Sound Experience Wedding & Event Entertainment. He has provided the soundtrack for countless celebrations around the Austin and San Antonio corridor including the Texas Hill Country. Based out of San Marcos, Sound Experience has a strong reputation for preparing and performing a unique music mix for any engagement. The company resume includes events ranging from elegant wedding receptions and anniversary dinners to festive corporate parties and school events. DJ Slyce also provides emcee duties for the engagement and mixes the right tunes to keep the dance floor packed and help make your event memorable!

Either way, Sound Experience Wedding & Event Entertainment has your music needs covered. As a seasoned professional, DJ Slyce can work with or without a Customized Playlist provided by a client. You can even let him know what not to play. The Sound Experience music library also has Clean and Radio Edit versions of Today's Hits perfect for schools and any family event.

Like any other profession, to do your best work, you've got to have high quality tools. Sound Experience Wedding & Event Entertainment only uses gear trusted by professional musicians and DJs alike. Brands such as Pioneer, EV, American DJ and Chauvet, to name a few, make up our sound and lights system. DJ Slyce uses a MacBook Pro running Serato DJ software to keep the music flowing. He even brings a Back-up Mac on-site to cover for any unexpected interruptions.
