Any person engaging in a legally binding contract with Sound Experience does so willingly and truthfully. Personal information collected by Sound Experience is used in creation of contract specific to a person’s needs and is also used for subsequent documentation of payments made to Sound Experience through receipts, invoices, etc. Failure to submit accurate information for a contract could result in void of contract and possible legal and attorney fees.
Sound Experience is given information about our website daily which includes limited data on website users or guests through our enrollment in Google Analytics®. The information Google® gives us access to include every user’s Demographics such as Language, Country and City. Google® also gives us information regarding your stationary System (Desktop or laptop) including the Browser, Operating System and your Service Provider’s name. For Mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets, Google® sends us info regarding a viewer or guests’ Operating System, Service Provider and Screen Resolution. Sound Experience uses this information supplied by Google® to observe where are clients are viewing us and for what duration of time including number of page views. We do not store or use this information for any other reason. Some of our Testimonials are submitted to us through WeddingWire®. Sound Experience does not obtain any information whatsoever from Wedding Wire® other than access to the testimonial itself. We obtain the right to include any Testimonials given to us through Wedding Wire® on our website. In the event that we must dispute or comment on a testimonial, the Reviewer will be contacted by WeddingWire® from their contact source. Sound Experience entrusts Square® with its information needed to process transactions through card swipe and invoice for one-time payments and/or payment plan methods. Sound Experience does not obtain any banking or credit card information from persons who choose to use Square® as a payment source. Sound Experience does collect your first and last name along with address, phone number and email for receipt and invoice usage.
